Privacy Policy — King Deals

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the King Deals mobile application (the “Application”), created by King Cephas (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
The pages of the Application you visit, and the time and date of your visits
The operating system on your mobile device

The Application may also request or collect personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to:

Full name
Delivery address (street, city, state, ZIP/postal code)
Phone number
Email address

This information is used for purposes such as processing orders, deliveries, communication, and customer support, and to improve the Application’s services.

Location Information

The Application may collect location information from your device to provide location-based services, personalized content, or improve the user experience. Location data is used only within the Application and is not shared publicly.

Payments and Wallet System

The Application includes an in-app wallet that users can top up and use to make purchases within the Application:

Users manually recharge the wallet by transferring money to the admin's bank account and submitting a payment proof (screenshot) through the app.
The admin reviews and approves the recharge before the wallet balance is updated.
The Application does not process payments directly and does not store card or bank account details.
All recharge transactions are handled manually and offline based on admin verification.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with trusted third-party services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may disclose user information:

As required by law, for example, in response to a subpoena or similar legal process;
When necessary to protect rights, safety, or property, or to investigate fraud;
To trusted service providers who process data on behalf of the Service Provider under confidentiality obligations.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process or via the application marketplace.

Data Retention

The Service Provider retains user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your personal data, contact support@king-deals.com.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact support@king-deals.com so we can take corrective action.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time. Continued use of the Application after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
